Job Title:

Advanced AI/ML Model Developer

We are seeking an experienced Advanced AI/ML Model Developer to lead the development and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models for mortgage automation.

This role involves designing and implementing advanced AI/ML models for creditworthiness prediction, fraud detection, income verification, document intelligence, and conversational agents. The successful candidate will ensure models are accurate, explainable, and compliant with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop advanced AI/ML models for mortgage automation agents.
  • Ensure models are accurate, explainable, and compliant with regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into mortgage underwriting processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • NLP expertise: NER, summarization, Q&A, OCR (Tesseract, Amazon Textract, Azure Form Recognizer).
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, risk scoring, credit analytics, fraud detection.
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases).
  • Fundamental knowledge of mortgage underwriting, risk modeling, KYC/AML checks.
  • Strong foundation in responsible AI practices (fairness, accountability, transparency)
