We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support employee relations, grievance management, and organizational operations.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and building a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns.
- Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and provide fair resolutions.
- Facilitate discussions between employees and management.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of employee issues and outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports on recurring employee concerns.
- Support organizational operations by preparing manual and automated reports.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYEES TO ENCOURAGE OPEN COMMUNICATION.
- Provide proactive HR solutions to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
