About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / SAP Delivery Manager to lead our end-to-end SAP project delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of functional and technical consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure team members meet project objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Quality and Risk Management: Ensure high-quality project delivery, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools to drive project delivery, ensuring iterative and incremental progress.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • SAP Functional Module Experience: Strong experience in SAP Functional Module, including SD, MM, FI, and other relevant modules.
  • Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of iterative and incremental project delivery.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
