Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee Commercial Operations and Marketing Operations for clients in the financial services space.

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and transformation across various workstreams.

  • Lead and manage India GTM team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day execution of numerous Commercial & Marketing Operations processes, consistently assess all processes for potential optimization paths, and resolve any issues that affect delivery.
  • Ensure team compliance with client's standards, regulations, and ethics.
  • Scale team as appropriate through targeted recruiting efforts and adjust alignment of responsibilities based on the needs of the business.
