We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft API Test Engineer to ensure the highest quality of our MuleSoft APIs and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API testing tools, including Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, and ReadyAPI.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute detailed test strategies, plans, and scenarios for MuleSoft APIs.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of MuleSoft APIs.
  • Validate RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, checking response formats, headers, status codes, and business logic.
  • Develop automated API test scripts using preferred tools like ReadyAPI, Postman, or SoapUI.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years in API testing, with 3+ years in MuleSoft API testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, ReadyAPI).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of HTTP, JSON, XML, OAuth2, JWT, API security standards.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration/Platform Specialist.
  • Experience in DevOps pipelines and API automation.
