Electronic Data Interchange Integration Specialist

We seek an experienced EDI expert to drive seamless data exchange in payer operations.

This role requires a healthcare integration specialist who can design and manage EDIFECS workflows, including SpecBuilder, TPF, XEngine, and Route Manager.

  • Design and manage EDIFECS workflows, including SpecBuilder, TPF, XEngine, and Route Manager.
  • Build and validate HIPAA-compliant X12 transactions, such as 834, 837, 835, 270/271, and 276/277.
  • Integrate EDI solutions with FACETS modules, including Claims, Enrollment, Billing, and Provider.
  • Support EDI interface development, partner onboarding, and transaction monitoring.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Dev teams for successful deployments.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support Agile delivery processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years in healthcare EDI and integration.
  • Expertise in EDIFECS (SpecBuilder, XEngine, Route Manager, TPF) and X12 transactions.
  • Familiarity with FACETS core modules, Intermediate SQL, strong troubleshooting, and payer workflow knowledge.
  • Data formats: Flat files, XML, JSON, and X12.
