Job Title: Finance Associate

Mygate, a leading provider of community management services, is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our mission to enhance security and convenience for residents in over 4 million families across 25,000+ communities.

Founded in 2016, Mygate has reimagined the procedures at gated communities through the use of technology, augmenting security and enhancing convenience within homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accounting, reporting, and financial planning and analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting & Reporting: Handle end-to-end accounting processes including P2P, R2R, O2C for respective Business Units (BU)
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for specific BU
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives

Requirements:

  • CA Inter/ CMA qualification
  • 1-3+ years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, accounting and reporting software
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel (Pivots, Lookup, Conditional Functions, Power BI etc.)
