Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering cloud solutions to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure a seamless transition to cloud-based solutions.

  • You will collaborate with pre-sales teams to define cloud solutions and scope of operations.
  • You will work with development teams to obtain new release certifications.
  • You will provide guidance to teams on cloud-hosted customers for IBM I (AS400) administration, technical administration of ERP applications, upgrades, and migrations.

Key Qualifications:

  • You should have strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in ERP applications (LX, System21, and XA).
  • You should be familiar with Infor OS and its integration with ERP applications.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • You should have experience in collaboration with customers and vendors (onshore and offshore).
  • You should be able to manage tough situations like P1 calls.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Understanding customer challenges during migration from on-prem to cloud and defining migration strategies.
  • Driving sales to cloud services transition calls.
  • Conducting daily SCRUM calls to review project status and guide tech leads.
  • Designing and developing disaster recovery solutions.
