Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our performance campaigns on Facebook and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of deploying and optimizing successful ad campaigns with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.

The selected individual will be responsible for analyzing customer actions, planning A/B testing strategies, and building campaign structures that drive effective conversions. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

  • Deploy and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
  • Analyze customer actions and plan A/B testing strategies
  • Build campaign structures for effective conversion
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads with a budget of over $20,000/month
  • Strong performance mindset and data analysis skills
  • Familiarity with components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI
  • Experience in e-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance fields is preferred
