Job Overview

This is a senior position requiring expertise in SAP IBP to lead and implement projects that deliver business value through effective demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute technical and process-related strategies to support business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate functional and technical designs provided by system integrators
  • Provide guidance on high-level architecture, functional, and technical coordination to ensure optimal solutions
  • Analyze IBP quarterly release functionalities to prevent regression
  • Offer subject matter expertise to the business on new functionalities
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships at an executive level
  • Ensure effective design and delivery of the IBP roadmap
  • Lead and understand solutions supporting revenue and cost processes
  • Harmonize business requirements through workshops, design, and testing activities
  • Prepare and execute test materials, training materials, deployment, data cleansing, data mapping, and data migration activities
  • Oversight of end-to-end demands projects from requirements definition to business as usual
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP IBP
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, particularly around planning, demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP
  • Proven hands-on experience in SAP SCM, Ariba SRM MM
  • Technical and functional experience and background in SAP working in E2E purchasing, direct indirect Inventory, Warehouse Movements
  • Working experience as a product owner manager consultant with exposure to business-facing roles
  • Understanding of other SCM modules and its linkage with other SAP solutions like S4HANA, MDG, EWM, Ariba
  • Management consulting experience along with strong quick learning and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication across a broad range of stakeholders
