About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at ATSPL - Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics in a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver brand campaign strategy from conception to launch, including insight identification, creative briefing, development, and delivery.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and tech to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
  3. Set up mechanisms to track brand health indicators and lead periodic deep dives to influence brand strategy.
  4. Define and maintain brand identity, including messaging, positioning, visual elements, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  5. Oversee aspects of brand communication, including advertising, PR, and digital activations to effectively reach and engage target audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with brand strategy
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools and systems, such as Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
