Brand Manager, Amazon Shipping

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at ATSPL - Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics in a B2B context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver brand campaign strategy from conception to launch, including insight identification, creative briefing, development, and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and tech to ensure alignment of brand initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Set up mechanisms to track brand health indicators and lead periodic deep dives to influence brand strategy.
- Define and maintain brand identity, including messaging, positioning, visual elements, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Oversee aspects of brand communication, including advertising, PR, and digital activations to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with brand strategy
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools and systems, such as Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
