Job Description

Trek Bicycle Corp (India) is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for obtaining and utilizing subject matter expertise to articulate functional/technical requirements for efforts that deliver measurable value and success for the product and Trek as a whole.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and identify opportunities to enhance mobile and web applications, and ensure that business ideas are gathered from initial brainstorming to getting into production in the form of an Agile story, creating mock-ups, prototypes, ad-hoc SQL queries, and other artifacts.

About the Role
  • This role requires a strong understanding of software development, databases, e-commerce, customer service principles, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and version control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead others to arrive at needed requirements.
Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, database administration, or business analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary Range

₹14,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (depending on location and experience).
