About Our Initiative:

We're establishing a new R&D unit and need an experienced Product Manager to lead it. This person will bridge our HQ with the local dev team, ensuring products are delivered in line with strategic objectives, tech standards, and market needs.

This role requires a forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of technology, proven leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and guide software developers to deliver innovative products like mobile apps, SaaS solutions, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Roadmap
    • Define and communicate the product vision aligned with HQ guidelines.
    • Translate HQ requirements into actionable dev tasks.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability.
    • Provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Implement agile methodologies and best practices in product dev.
  • Product Development & Delivery
    • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, dev, testing, launch, and iteration.
    • Ensure products meet functional, technical, and design standards.
    • Collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as primary liaison with HQ, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
    • Presentation of product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations.
    • Balance business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of software dev processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems, etc.).
  • Background in scaling SaaS or mobile app products internationally.
