Senior Machine Learning Strategist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Strategist to spearhead our AI and ML initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of data scientists, design and deploy machine learning solutions, and drive real-world business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of senior, junior data scientists, and interns.
  • Develop and prioritize projects aligned with business objectives.
  • Mentor and upskill team members on cutting-edge techniques and solutions.
  • Manage team workload and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Design ML systems from data gathering to deployment.
  • Implement academic papers and research in machine learning.
  • Experience with generative AI and large language models.
  • Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to complex problems.
  • Project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Client interactions and delivering high-level presentations.
  • Statistics and probability understanding.
  • Expert-level Python programming and object-oriented design skills.
  • Data structures and algorithms knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with ML/DL libraries.
  • ML algorithms expertise including Logistic/Linear Regression, Gradient Descent, Decision Trees, and SVM.
  • Transformer-based architectures and LLMs experience.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and implement advanced ML research papers.
  • BUILDING LLM applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
