Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing engineering teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in leading complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve project goals and meet organizational objectives.
  • Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure successful delivery within scope, time and budget.
  • Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools and methodologies to increase efficiency and optimize team productivity.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Skills:
  • Experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Java, Spring and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of database design and Unix commands.
  • Ability to work on complex technical problems and collaborate with fellow engineers and stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to set objectives, coach employees and determine reward outcomes.
  • Understanding of JIRA and Confluence process.
