Product Engineering Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered products. This role requires a high-ownership individual who can make tactical decisions quickly and prioritize product outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end products using Ruby and React, working closely with product and design teams.
- Implement intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.
- Design and build high-utility features used by thousands of users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.
Requirements:
- You have a product-driven mindset, prioritizing product outcomes over code.
- You have experience building real features or products using Langchain and understand the LLM ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), with minimal handoffs or silos.
- Ability to make decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.
- Previous experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering is also desired.
