Business Opportunity
At People10, we are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into revenue by interacting with decision-makers and influencers across different business verticals in the US region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Initiating conversations with C-level executives and decision-makers through 100+ cold outbound calls.
- Improvising outbound skills, including elevator pitches and email drafts.
- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
- Prospecting and creating a credible outbound database using various sales tools.
- Scheduling and setting relevant first-level meetings with decision-makers.
- Following up with identified prospects with relevant needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales development or a similar field.
- Expertise in lead generation through cold calling, emails, and other channels.
- Knowledge of various industry verticals, including HealthTech, FinTech, RetailTech, InsurTech, and other sectors.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
