Job Description:

Senior Relationship Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Executive to join our team. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating revenue through cross-selling products, and collecting interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase gold loan business
  • Revenue generation through cross-selling products
  • Interest collection
  • Gold loans appraisal
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize the value of those relationships
  • Customer relationship and follow-up
  • Maintenance of important registers and daily reports
  • Cash management and accounting

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office
  • Knowledge of vernacular language of the respective region
  • 2-4 years of experience in gold loans
