Job Title: International Voice Process

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Voice Process Engineer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in handling international voice processes, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness, processing new orders on a web-based system, and clarifying customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness
  2. New order processing on a web-based system
  3. Customer enquiry clarifications
  4. Maintaining service levels and high levels of accuracy
  5. Placing orders with partners on a web-based order processing system; Monitoring the status of these orders, taking appropriate action depending on the status.
  6. Maintaining a high level of accuracy with respect to all activities.
  7. Ensuring that customer requirements are met on a timely basis; and maintaining accurate records of activities in our internal systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with computer operations and software applications
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
