Job Title: Senior Voice Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Voice Analyst. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management: Maintain, implement, and administer secure, robust, stable, redundant Voice and Video infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting and Escalation: Troubleshoot voice incidents and escalate to L3 as required.
  • AV Ticket Management: Manage AV tickets, troubleshoot, fix and replace Video Conferencing units, projectors and AV equipment.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for AV / VC Setup and resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Competencies: Minimum 5 years' experience covering Cisco Voice technologies, AV devices, and/or Oracle SBC. Strong knowledge of SIP, good knowledge of Video endpoints (Cisco kit, Room Bar, etc), knowledge of IPC Unigy, Verba and Nice NTR recording.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
