Growth and Acquisition Specialist

We're building AI to enhance traders' decision-making capabilities through natural conversation. Our user acquisition and community-building efforts require a Growth Lead to drive growth, build genuine relationships, and create a community around our product.

  • Establish a presence in trading communities by becoming an active, trusted member of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Drive user acquisition through personalized outreach and demos, identifying and converting potential users.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms.
  • Ensure new users understand and actively use the product through personalized onboarding.
  • Create and nurture user communities for knowledge sharing and engagement.
  • Rigorously test acquisition channels, measure results, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Take full responsibility for user acquisition and activation targets.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem is essential.
  • Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results is mandatory.
  • Experience in building or managing large-scale communities (1000+ members) is required.
  • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement is necessary.
  • Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations is crucial.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics is vital.
