Job Description:
A medical transcription editor is responsible for typing reports from healthcare professionals in written documents using specialized equipment and software. They must review and edit the format for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and clarity, ensuring that medical terminology is correctly used.

Key Responsibilities:
• Convert written information into standardized report formats for various medical documents, adhering to established guidelines and templates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify unclear dictations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Enter written reports into the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:
• 1 year of experience in medical transcription preferred.
• 1 year of experience in data entry preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office required.

Language:
• English language proficiency required.
• Hindi and Odia languages proficiently spoken preferred.
