Job Title: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Financial Operations, including preparation and verification of Purchase & Sales Bills, cash control, voucher preparation, daily transaction entries, creditors management, vendor payments, LC documentation, Bank Reconciliation Statements, salary & wages computation, monthly stock statements.
  • Assistance in finalization of accounts, drafting official letters related to accounts and statutory matters, preparation of MIS reports for management.
Statutory Compliances:
  • Income Tax: TDS computation & payment, e-filing of returns, issuing Form 16/16A, advance tax computation, ITR filing.
  • GST: Registration, amendments, challan generation, filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, refunds, audits, and E-Way bills.
  • PF & ESI: Monthly contributions, UAN generation, transfers/withdrawals, employee registration under PF/ESI.
  • Legacy Compliances: VAT/CST, Excise Duty – filing, reconciliations, and audit support.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum: B.Com (Accounting/Finance).
  • Preferred: M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.

Required skills include analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple statutory timelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting & financial operations, statutory compliances, and possess strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems is a must. The candidate should be able to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and ensure timely completion of statutory requirements.

The position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with the team, clients, and stakeholders.
