Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at KP Solutions PVT Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and updating job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates, and crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

Main Responsibilities

  • Job Description Design: Design and update job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates from various online channels, including social media and professional platforms.
  • Email Campaigns: Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and promote job openings.
  • Resume Screening: Screen incoming resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Interviews: Interview candidates via phone, video, or in-person to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  • Test Administration: Prepare and distribute assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests to evaluate candidate skills.
  • Job Advertising: Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally to reach a wider audience.
  • Candidate Shortlisting: Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
  • Job Offers: Send job offer emails to selected candidates and address queries about compensation and benefits.
  • HR Metrics: Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Recruitment Events: Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Hiring Needs: Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
