Nursing Abroad Counsellor Role

As a professional in our team, you will be responsible for guiding nursing professionals and students on international courses, licensing pathways, and career opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct counselling sessions with nursing aspirants and guide them on study/career opportunities abroad.
  • Explain eligibility, admission processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams.
  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure conversion of enquiries into successful enrolments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing.
  • Maintain student records, follow-ups, and counselling reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Nursing, Healthcare, Education, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of counseling experience in education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of nursing abroad pathways.
  • Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with strong sales orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
