Job Opportunity: Technical Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Superintendent. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional technical and leadership skills.

The selected candidate will oversee the technical performance of merchant vessels, ensuring safe and efficient operations, routine and preventive maintenance, and compliance with international marine regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical and managerial skills with the ability to link resources to excellent service delivery
  • A people-oriented individual with a passion for developing shipboard teams
  • Business acumen and analytical problem-solving approach
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of latest regulatory requirements and implementation
