Job Title

A seasoned technical professional is required to lead our teams and implement complex solutions in Oracle Fusion BI Publisher Reporting.

  • Technical leadership of junior teammates and delivery of complex projects in Oracle Fusion BI Publisher Reporting.
  • Collaboration with engineers to solve technical and functional problems throughout project development and post-deployment phases.
  • Engagement with business, architecture, and other teams to develop optimized code and reports.
  • Application of technical knowledge and business expertise to drive technical solutions using functional capabilities in Oracle Finance & Procurement Modules.
  • Analysis and alignment to current Agile processes, prioritization of deliverables by resource allocation, and management of Bill of Work (BoW).

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Technologies - Fusion BI Publisher / BIP/OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, Data Models - Data Model (RDBMS, Star Schema, SnowFlake Schema).
  • Proven technical competence in BIP/OTBI/OACS, SQL, PL/SQL, and leadership of technical teams and coordination with business stakeholders and architecture.
  • Experience in project lifecycle stages from initiation, analysis, design, test, and production support. Ability to develop reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to work with engineering teams across functions and business stakeholders in resolving technical issues and improving technology estate alignment to future state architecture.
  • Hands-on experience and working understanding in solution design, business process, architecture, and adherence to best practices and process for quality delivery. Ownership of the reporting module architecture and leadership of engineers.
  • Flexible approach to work and working hours with a focus on delivery of program deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present to program stakeholders on status of deliveries and ensuring dependencies are met.
  • Proficiency in Agile practices and usage of DevOps tools such as Jira/Confluence/GitHub.
  • Ability to work closely with Oracle on product SRs.
