About the Role

We're seeking a visionary creative director to lead our AI-powered creative revolution. As a key member of our growth team, you'll define how we create and scale content, leveraging innovative thinking and exploring AI capabilities in every step of the process.

You'll shape our motion and video content strategy, captivating audiences in Tier 2, 3, and 4 cities with contextual, high-performing video formats. This role blends exceptional creative problem-solving with building and nurturing a world-class team of AI-savvy video specialists.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Set the vision for Meesho's motion and video content strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end production for dynamic video content, from storyboarding to editing, animation, sound design, and final delivery.
  • Use GenAI tools as primary accelerators for ideation, content creation, visual refinement, and scaling production.
  • Develop insight-led and culturally relevant visual narratives that speak to India's next billion users.
  • Create and own execution playbooks and quality standards for speed, consistency, and excellence.
  • Champion constant experimentation and content testing, using data and insights to optimize storytelling and asset structures.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a passionate team of motion designers, editors, and empower them to deliver high-velocity content.
  • Cross-functionally impact marketing, product, and growth teams, co-owning key performance indicators and creatively unlocking massive impact.
  • Stay ahead of shoot and motion trends, platform behaviors, and regional content culture, integrating learnings directly into our daily workstreams.
