At ISA, we are seeking a skilled Oracle Finance Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing functional support for ERP Fusion Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expense.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for ERP Fusion Finance applications.
  • Identify innovative solutions to complex product implementation and integration problems.
  • Manage functional requests from the end-user community.
  • Define functional request priorities, create functional specifications, and coordinate developments with the technical team.
  • Review Oracle fusion quarterly functional updates, understand business needs, test/validate cross-functional and deploy upon business confirmation.
  • Design and develop OTBI reports, FRC reports, and write basic data extraction queries using SQL.
  • Support and manage all finance and third-party integrations.
  • Establish/redefine reconciliation process and reports and support business users during month-end and year-end reconciliation process.
  • Design and define process-wise custom fusion roles and provide data access as appropriate.
  • Work with Oracle support team for application bugs/enhancements.
  • Encourage business use of Oracle standard functionalities and reports.
  • Map business requirements and translate these requirements into Oracle Applications functional specifications.
  • Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing of system enhancements or custom solutions.
  • Work with Oracle to resolve service requests.
  • Lead and direct system life cycle phases.
  • Handle period closing and reconciliation process between sub-ledger and third-party systems.
  • Build and customize reports based on end-user requirements.
  • Train end-user community on systems where applicable.
  • Participate in audits of system use, detect issues, implement action plan, and coordinate actions.
  • Adhere and support existing ITIL service management processes.
  • Communicate regularly with users on status of support or enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate with ERP support teams across other domains for timely incident resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams and end-users to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.

  • Proven experience in Oracle Finance consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Fusion Finance applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
