Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team of professionals in achieving business growth, revenue expansion, and exceptional client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, commerce, economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the equity market. At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience is required, along with a proven track record of driving sales targets and branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive branch revenue through equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.
  • Develop and implement strategies: To achieve sales targets and branch profitability.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Structured Products, Fixed Income instruments).

Branch Operations Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations: Ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines.
  • Operational efficiency: Monitor operational efficiency and address process gaps proactively.

Team Leadership & People Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team members: Lead, mentor, and motivate equity dealers, relationship managers, and branch staff to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Set performance goals and conduct reviews: Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous learning through training.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, Ultra-HNIs, and retail clients.
  • Personalized investment solutions: Provide personalized investment solutions, timely advice, and superior client service.

Market Analysis & Advisory Support:

  • Stay updated on market trends: Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic outlook, and corporate developments.
  • Provide actionable insights: Provide actionable market insights to clients and team members.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE/BSE, and other regulatory standards.
  • Mitigate risks: Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
