Billing Transformation Business Analyst Role

This role supports business operations and facilitates activities related to the non-PROD Billing application Data Hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and validate new business requirements for various platforms used by the organization for billing purposes.
  • Coordinate with requirement owners to understand and build test case scenarios.
  • Attend demos from QA teams, identify gaps, and raise issues as necessary.
  • Develop and execute test cases for enhancement release milestones.
  • Document procedures and checklists to manage day-to-day activities and report progress.
  • Support process improvements to enhance velocity in related processes.
  • Perform daily tasks assigned under the Billing Transformation Program, including BUAT Test Case Execution and Evidence documentation.
  • Collaborate with resources to assist with ad-hoc projects and new activities supporting the GBO controller group and program.
  • Evolve processes for Billing Transformation, performing managerial reviews, discussing reporting analytics deliverables prepared by the team.
  • Provide support to key stakeholders to present analytical results, triage findings, and identify solutions.
