We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a PCS/BESS System Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support and remote assistance for PCS/BESS products. This will involve troubleshooting issues, guiding customers in resolving simple problems, and ensuring seamless operation through effective management of spare parts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with English as their primary working language. A self-motivated individual with the ability to plan in ambiguous situations and take action accordingly is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and remote assistance for PCS/BESS products.
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers in resolving simple problems.
  • Manage on-site spare parts to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in energy storage systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Location: Rajasthan.
