Job Title:

Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sourcing of pharmaceutical intermediates, KSM, raw materials, and related services to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Integrate all project activities and processes, from initial assessment and planning to final delivery and close-out.
  • Optimize the supply chain by following project management practices and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and address supply chain risks, such as potential shortages, regulatory issues, and geopolitical factors.
  • Oversee the documentation and reporting of sourcing activities to ensure full compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and sales forecasts for MIS purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

  • Project management experience in contract research and manufacturing (CDMO).
  • Pharmaceutical scouring (API/KSM) experience.
  • Supplier management skills, including negotiation and performance assessment.
  • Inventory and supply chain management expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
