Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in CRE & Construction loan origination and administration. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and collaboration abilities.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our platform by working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and document business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration, including draw management and disbursement processes.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand stakeholder needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.
