Leverage Your Expertise:

  • Utilize your knowledge of end-to-end loan syndication processes, including CLO's and loan syndication, to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of loan syndication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process interest, rollovers, paydowns, and various fees related to past dues.
  • Work on restructuring and amendment activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with agents or trustees to resolve discrepancies in payments or contracts.
  • Provide WSO (Wall Street Office) expertise to streamline trade processing, cash management, and portfolio reconciliations.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational processes and mitigate operational risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in loan administration/asset administration - middle office functions with a focus on CLO and loan syndication products.
  • Proficiency in using Wall Street Office (WSO) for loan processing and portfolio management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
