Job Opportunity:

Test Data Management Strategist Job Description:
  • Develop and implement test data management strategies to support business-critical testing initiatives.
  • Configure and manage Informatica tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Work with DBAs, developers, testers, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with TDM solutions and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager, and Model Repository Service.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
