We are seeking an Investment Research Associate to join our team in Mysuru. This role will provide hands-on experience in investment research and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of companies to assess their investment potential.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and valuations.
  • Analyze stocks, track market trends, and provide insights for investment strategies.
  • Prepare clear and concise research reports, create presentations, and summarize findings for internal use.
  • Document all research and analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Assist in monitoring portfolio performance and preparing updates.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc research tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing CFA Level I/II/III and having a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques, including DCF and comparables.
  • Familiarity with fundamental analysis and ability to interpret financial statements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze stocks, draft research reports, and prepare professional presentations.
  • Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with MS PowerPoint and Word.
  • A basic understanding of capital markets and investment concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn about investment research.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
