Job Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to design and develop scalable systems that meet the demands of the e-commerce space.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with development teams to create efficient, stable, and reliable systems considering aspects like fault tolerance, availability, and performance.
  • Influence the architecture of our system as part of the Cloud Enablement journey, maintaining critical legacy tools while optimizing and developing repeatable systems for both software engineers and platform engineers to leverage each other.
  • Work with service owners to build realistic Service Level Objectives (SLOs), set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and error budgets, ensuring production services have reliability built into their design.
  • Provide production support and creatively solve challenging engineering problems across our stack even after implementing self-healing and automation.
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical skills, including expertise in designing and developing scalable systems, experience with cloud enablement, and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
