Strategic PPC Manager

A forward-thinking and data-driven PPC Manager is required to develop and execute paid ad campaigns on various performance platforms, driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make informed decisions to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with clients to create and execute scalable ecommerce strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency focused on ecommerce.
  • Proven track record of managing ad spends of $5K+ monthly per client.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think beyond click-through rate (CTR) and understand return on ad spend (ROAS), margins, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.

Success Metrics:

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably.
  • Reducing CAC without hurting conversions.
  • Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory.
