Job Title: System Security Professional

About the Role:

  • This role requires a senior-level system engineer with expertise in endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools.
  2. Offer hands-on support through calls, emails, and chat—resolving technical queries and ensuring smooth customer experience.
  3. Engage deeply with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.
  4. Troubleshoot product-related issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.
  5. Understand and communicate client's architecture, integration capabilities, and feature set with confidence.
  6. Escalate complex technical cases while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  7. Deliver training to clients and internal teams; document technical issues to enrich our knowledge base.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity and endpoint management space.
  9. Actively gather and share client feedback with the product team to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  2. Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  3. Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  4. Strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  5. Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
  6. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
  7. Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

  1. Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certs.
  2. Exposure to cloud security and advanced network security concepts.
