Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.

  • About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments and tools is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with performance testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Certification in software testing or quality assurance is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.
  2. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  3. Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
  4. Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
  5. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  6. Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
