We're seeking a forward-thinking Psychologist to join our team and drive transformative educational programs rooted in psychological expertise, technology, and innovation.

  • Dive into the intersection of business development, social media, and AI to develop engaging educational programs that make a lasting impact on K12 students, teachers, and parents.
  • Pioneer new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally to expand our reach and offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies, manage student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run targeted campaigns to drive growth.
  • Utilize AI technology and analytics to boost outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions to keep our programs ahead of the curve.
  • Boost our online presence through social media marketing, leveraging personal networks and freelancers to promote our programs and expand our organizational reach.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in education, psychology, and AI to ensure our programs remain innovative and effective.
  • Contribute to management strategies and provide training to the team on harnessing new-age AI solutions for business growth and educational excellence.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Psychology
  • 1–2+ years of experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
  • A strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
  • A passion for education and leveraging technology to drive positive change
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training
