Project Manager - Interior Design

The Project Manager – Interior Design is a critical role that oversees the on-site execution of interior projects from planning through handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.

\Key Responsibilities:\
\
  • Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations.\
    \
  • Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, contractors to ensure smooth project execution.\
    \
  • Review and interpret design drawings, provide technical input and quality checks.\
    \
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.\
    \
  • Monitor project timelines, track progress, address on-site challenges as they arise.\
    \
  • Prepare site progress reports, assist in procurement and material management.\
    \
  • Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles.
\
\Qualifications:\
\
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.\
    \
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).\
    \
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, construction processes.\
    \
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project management tools.\
    \
  • Excellent communication, organizational, team coordination skills.
\
