Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Java software engineer to lead our product development team in creating state-of-the-art architecture and delivering exceptional code.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design patterns, microservices, and open-source tools. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, high-performance data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in the architecture and design of Rapid AI platform from the ground up, focusing on extensibility, scalability, and security.
  • Solve complex problems with innovative and elegant design and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain internal components and libraries.
  • Integrate third-party technology into tech stack.
  • Enforce coding standards and set a high standard for code quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Lead teams and manage projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Participate in hiring process for new engineers, ensuring we build a strong and diverse team.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in architecture & design patterns, microservices, open-source tools.
  • Proficient in web standards, modern frameworks, CSS, cross-browser compatibility.
  • Skilled in framework/tool selection, security, and vulnerability fixes.
  • Strong skills in Spring stack, Docker, ECS/EKS, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, SQL/DB design.
  • Experience with Consul/Vault, AWS, Git, SDLC.
  • Ability to plan platform roadmap, lead teams, and deliver independently.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and delivering high-quality results.
