Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Data Analyst and Accountant to join our team. As a key member of the Records to Report Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing financial transactions and processing journal entries
  • Maintaining the general ledger and performing Lease Accounting
  • Recording and controlling physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets
  • Preparing financial and ad hoc reports and analyses
  • Monitoring and tracking periodic revenue and expenses
  • Bank statement posting on a daily basis
  • Journal Entry preparation and posting including accruals, re-classifications, adjustments, payroll, and clearing entries
  • Month End Close activities as per close calendar agreed with stakeholders
  • Balance sheet review and reconciliation
  • Quarterly inter-company process management and variance analysis
  • Fixed asset additions, disposal, and retirement requests processing
  • Statutory analysis for monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
  • Budgets and Forecasts preparation in line with Client Organization policies and variance analysis

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Good domain expertise and understanding of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of GL Accounting, Reconciliation, Fixed assets, Intercompany, Compliance & Control, Audit Support
