Senior Full Stack Developer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role and drive our team's success. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development of our software applications, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of full stack developers to deliver high-quality software applications
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in full stack development, DevOps, and cloud development
  • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on .NET, Angular, and cloud development
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Microservices architecture and Event-Driven Architecture
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform
  • Understanding of containerization and orchestration, using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
