Full Stack Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team as a Lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in React, Python, and AWS, with experience in leading the development of scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will be able to design and manage APIs, optimize and maintain scalable PostgreSQL schemas and Redis caching, and ensure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Docker + GitHub Actions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and leading full-stack development of scalable web applications.
  • Guiding the team through backend (FastAPI/Django) and frontend (React) best practices.
  • Designing and managing APIs (REST and WebSocket).
  • Optimizing and maintaining scalable PostgreSQL schemas and Redis caching.
  • Ensuring end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Docker + GitHub Actions.
  • Managing secure, reliable deployments on AWS (ECS, S3, CloudFront, etc.).
  • Performing code reviews, enforcing clean architecture, and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Collaborating with product, design, and ML teams to deliver key product goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of full-stack experience with React + Python backend (Django/FastAPI).
  • Successfully deployed 3+ enterprise-grade products in production.
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL optimization and Redis.
  • Proficient in Docker, GitHub Actions, and AWS-based deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with JWT-based auth, session management, and role-based access.
  • Experience with microservices and real-time communication (WebSocket, Redis Streams, Kafka, or event-driven design).
  • AWS MSK or SQS/Kinesis.
  • Previous experience with video platforms or ML/data-heavy apps.
