Senior Alliance Manager

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead strategic partnerships and drive growth in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess 7-12 years of experience in alliance management or business development roles, with a proven track record of managing complex partnerships and driving successful outcomes.

This role requires the selected individual to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry, identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, negotiate partnership agreements, monitor performance, and foster strong relationships with partners.

The Senior Alliance Manager will play a critical role in shaping our strategic direction and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth through alliances.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and execute partnership initiatives.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment of goals.
  • Monitor Performance: Assess the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7-12 years of experience in alliance management or business development roles.
  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
