Seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions using X++.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and customize D365 F&O solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations in line with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Analyze, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design through deployment and support.
  • Establish integrations with internal and external systems utilizing standard frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless data migration while maintaining data integrity and quality.
  • Provide technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • A proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with D365 modules such as finance, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ISVs such as Exflow, TAS, or Comarch.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
