Backend Developer Role

As a key contributor to our engineering team, we are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in designing and developing scalable systems that handle millions of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design APIs that can handle high transaction volumes efficiently
  • Debug production issues and optimize system performance to meet the highest standards
  • Develop maintainable code and shape our engineering culture and practices

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development using modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go, Node.js, C#, Scala)
  • Proven expertise in scaled systems (AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Distributed systems knowledge (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with a global team
